The hotel room was very clean. It is managed by the European team and hence language is not a barrier. The lady staff who served us breakfast was very kind and courteous. The staff who manages was very kind too. He offered a free drop to my family to the Heerapolis site. We took up a family room which was very spacious and enough beddings for 5 of us. The location is very close to the. Herapolis site.

The owners are so warm, friendly and welcoming! The rooms are nice, there is a beautiful pool. The internet works well, the beds were very comfy, the breakfast is included in the price. The location is great, free parking and you can order the balloon ride or paragliding directly from the reception. We did the balloon ride and it was awesome!

Very solid hotel that's within easy walking distance of the Travertines of Pamukkale. It offers a sumptuous breakfast and there are very nice views from the upper floors onto the Travertines and the city.

Everything is vey good. The lady who was serving breakfast was very attentive and very friendly. The receptionist organised the transfer to the airport. The hotel booked cage hot balloon for us- very nice experience

The location is the best very near to the entrance and everything, View from our balcony of early morning hot air balloon flying over the pummukale !! The staff very friendly and kind, we would recommend.

Great location. Walking distance to the salt pools, restaurants and shops. Breakfast was nice with lots of choices. Pool was big and clean with lots of lounge chairs to rest on. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great value!
